Dear Friends of the University:
ost of us may not have the most pleasant culinary memories of our lives as students. After all, there are only so many things you can do with Ramen Noodles. But, with your assistance, we can turn around this misbegotten image of College Life as a gourmet wasteland.

any of you have heard about Campaign Minnesota and the wonderful things the Campaign is doing for the University. As students of the U and members of the Graduate & Professional Student Assembly (GAPSA) we would like to contribute and participate in some way to Campaign Minnesota as well.

To participate, we have decided to produce a cookbook entitled: “Food for Thought.” The proceeds from this cookbook will go into scholarships and leadership programs for all University students and small grants for graduate and professional student programs.
